All Queen Candles are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your purchase, we are happy to replace it with another selection. Please note: The product must be claimed for returns or exchanges within 14 days upon receipt of goods. No exchanges, returns, or refunds after 14 days. You will not be refunded for the return shipping costs. You'll just need to repack the gift in its original packaging with the packing slip and mail it back to us.
